Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL hair sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on worn, installed, altered, or used hair products.
Refunds or replacements will ONLY be issued for:
• Incorrect item received
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged items upon arrival
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
